What is Grosreez?

Grosreez is an online supermarket based in Abu Dhabi. We deliver all your daily needs and essentials directly to your doorstep.

What is the delivery time?

We delivery as early as 45 minutes to 2 hours from the time you place the order. This depends on the size of the order and your location.

What is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is AED 5.25 (VAT Inclusive) per order, with an exception of the first THREE orders being free for a new customer by using the promo code: luckyme

How can I exchange a product I have bought?

You can email us, or call from the contact us section on the website or app. Provide us your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange.  A delivery personnel will come and exchange the item(s) at the earliest possible time.

Where is the proof or bill or purchase?

You can view all your purchases and details in the app or website under my orders. Other than that, we send all bills to your email after every purchase. If you have any further enquiry please contact: info@grosreez.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order if it hasn’t been bagged yet. If we have started collecting your order you will not be able to cancel it.

How does the refund work?

Online payment:

If you have paid for your purchase online, and under any circumstances the order or item has been cancelled then the amount will be credited to your account within 1 – 2 working days.

 

Item already purchased (and delivered) or surpassed the time to exchange the item cannot be refunded. You may however, exchange the item for the same or another of equal or higher value.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept payment via online payment (debit or credit card), card of delivery, and cash on delivery.
